Get Organized : Create a To-Do List for the week
Write down a list of tasks or deadlines you need to accomplish. When you write it down on paper it allows you to mentally prepare and prevents you from forgetting important tasks or appointments. Utilize either a notepad or your phone with your list so you can refer back to it throughout the week.

We have all felt it. Whether you are a new Mom with a little one and running on zero sleep. Or the full-time working Mom whose time is spread thin. I have been there and it is a daily grind!
If I could have the title “Globetrotter” on my resume, my life would be complete. I’ve often daydreamed of traveling the world tasting all the different cuisines every country has to offer. Taking in the sights and visiting places with culture and new faces. Until that day comes I try to travel as often as I can. I find it is like a recharge for my soul. Tip 1 – Move Workouts Outdoors
In North Idaho we get our fair share of snow, rain, sleet, you name it! It makes it very difficult to enjoy the outdoors unless you participate in a Snow Sport of some sort and we are very fortunate to have amazing Ski Mountains nearby with stellar views and cozy lodges. Even if you do not have a Ski Mountain where you live, moving your workouts outdoors will drastically improve your mood. I like to bundle up and go on a run for at least 45 minutes. Within minutes of being outside and breathing in the fresh air, I feel alive! The other positive about this you ask? Shopping for Warm Outdoor Active Wear for the winter months. Who doesn’t like to be fashionable while working out? Wink, Wink.
