I found this workout move on Muscle and Fitness Hers and was stoked to try it out! With summer fast approaching, I want to be bikini ready so I felt it was necessary to increase my ab and arm workouts. So here is some Fitness Inspiration for you on this fabulous Friday! This workout will definitely give you sculpted arms and toned abs! Within seconds my abs were firing, my arms and shoulders were burning and I was sweating! I dare you to try! Read below for instructions on this body burner!
To Start, Place a hand on the bench and walk feet out, placing them about hip width.
-Lower your hips so you are in a straight line from shoulders to ankles.
-Using a dumbbell in one hand by your side, raise your arm up and out to your side.
-Continue this movement until your arm is parallel to the floor and shoulder height.
-Hold for 2 counts and lower to the start.
-Repeat 12-15 times, then switch arms.
