Get Organized : Create a To-Do List for the week
Write down a list of tasks or deadlines you need to accomplish. When you write it down on paper it allows you to mentally prepare and prevents you from forgetting important tasks or appointments. Utilize either a notepad or your phone with your list so you can refer back to it throughout the week.
Grocery Shopping : Meal Prep
This is my favorite. I find that prepping my meals for the week keeps me on track with my health & fitness goals. It also allows me to buy fresh produce each week and prevent food from spoiling. There is nothing better then having meals ready to grab and go! I love to plan meals and find recipes on Pinterest too. You can purchase food containers on Amazon that fit in your fridge and are great for portion control too. Click here to see some that I use and love! This is such a great ritual to start doing every Sunday!
Clean, Clean, Clean : De-Clutter
Give your home some TLC! A tidy house means a tidy mind – there is nothing like a clean home to make you feel more organized and at ease. This starts the week off right and allows you to come home and relax in clean home after a long days work.
Go Outside : Fresh Air feeds the Soul
Get outside! It’s so important to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air. Bonus : it is an instant reset for your mind and soul. I love to go on a hike and grab a smoothie with the kids after. Heaven! My Perfect Sunday is spent with a little Vitamin D!
Rest : Sleep In
This is my favorite. Don’t feel guilty for getting a little R&R on Sundays. Sleep is proven to be the #1 thing needed for humans to function properly. Wake up late, catch up on some Netflix shows and enjoy a lazy Sunday morning with a hot cup of joe. Oh bliss…
