Happy Fitness Friday everyone!
So when I came across this exercise move on popsugarfitness.com, I was thrilled! It was something new I had never tried and I loved that it targeted the abs (which I struggle to fit in my fitness routine) and the glutes! I personally work out at home because I find that I can easily fit a workout in my schedule and it also allows me to have my daughter at home while I workout. This move is perfect for at home so I give it a double thumbs up! After trying this Core & Booty killer, I couldn’t believe how many other areas it targeted as well. Prepare to sweat people!

-lie on your belly on the ball and roll it backwards until your hands are shoulder width apart on the floor and ball is below your chins
-pull your belly button to your spine to help support the back and engage your core
-lift your leg as you squeeze the glute, then lower the leg back to the ball and switch legs, alternating each time
Complete 3 sets of 10-12 reps
