Tip 1 – Move Workouts Outdoors
In North Idaho we get our fair share of snow, rain, sleet, you name it! It makes it very difficult to enjoy the outdoors unless you participate in a Snow Sport of some sort and we are very fortunate to have amazing Ski Mountains nearby with stellar views and cozy lodges. Even if you do not have a Ski Mountain where you live, moving your workouts outdoors will drastically improve your mood. I like to bundle up and go on a run for at least 45 minutes. Within minutes of being outside and breathing in the fresh air, I feel alive! The other positive about this you ask? Shopping for Warm Outdoor Active Wear for the winter months.
